Some people have received their statues already, why haven't I received my shipping notice?

Hey! We understand you are excited to receive your statue.. as are we to send you your awesome collectible.

The first thing to do is: Please login to your HMO account on and check your account in case our E-mails are not getting through to you.

However, if you do not see a shipping notice despite doing so, it means that it has not reached your turn yet, but it is on it's way to yours!

It is normal for us to ship out our statues in batches, so you need to be a little patient :)
